12. Return & Refund Policy

No physical returns are accepted.
If a product arrives damaged or compromised, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
Any refund or credit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Non siamo responsabili per ritardi o mancate consegne dovuti a cause di forza maggiore, inclusi disastri naturali, pandemie, scioperi, interruzioni logistiche o conflitti geopolitici.
